META ACCOUNTS TIPS & STATUS

We are currently investigating some reported issues occurring after the Meta Accounts update. It appears that as on Noon CST Wednesday, most users are not having issues with the update. The current issue for a small number of players shows up as missing game data when they try launching Walkabout Mini Golf (lost balls, avatar, profiles, putters)
If you are missing game data after the Meta Accounts update please try the following:

  • Entering/Leaving a course

  • Switching profiles

  • Restarting the Headset

  • Re-installing the application
