DLC ANNOUNCED: JULES VERNE TRILOGY

Mighty Coconut is taking its global player community on a series of grand adventures with a new trio of VR mini golf courses based on the literary masterpieces of Jules Verne (1828 – 1905). The French novelist, poet, and playwright is widely known for being a technological futurist. The new series comes after a critically acclaimed and fan-favorite collaboration with The Jim Henson Company based on the film LABYRINTH was released on July 28. The undertaking widens the range of entertainment realms the studio is offering, having already announced courses based on mythological “lost cities”, films, and classic video game titles.

“Walkabout Mini Golf™: Jules Verne” downloadable content (DLCs) will be set in the “voyages extraordinaires”, a series of bestselling adventure novels comprised of Journey to the Center of the Earth (1864), Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Seas (1870), and Around the World in Eighty Days (1872). The first to launch on this extraordinary mini golf voyage will be “Walkabout Mini Golf™: Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea”, priced at just $2.99 USD and released by the end of September, with “Walkabout Mini Golf™: Journey to the Center of the Earth” and “Walkabout Mini Golf™: Around the World in Eighty Days” arriving in 2023.
