As a father of two adult children, kids inevitably grow up and then apart, and you find yourself open to exploring any option that will give you some meaningful together time you can all enjoy. No better example of this is a virtual reality game I’ve turned into a new family tradition, Walkabout Mini Golf. My wife and I embraced the technology and game this year to reconnect with our adult kids and siblings. Hearing my father 'giggle' for the first time was a weird experience... (his second hole in one in a day on Seagull stacks). The excitement he has in his voice when he finds a ball of when he makes a great shot is worth the price of the game alone...We currently play at least a round a week but that ends up being three or four games instead.
